When an Event Batch isn't completed successfully it should be re-send automatically to failed stores in order to ensure that all scales are fully updated. Typical it fails for a single store due to network issue or scale is switched off. Instead of it has to be monitored and handle manually, it should be possible to schedule a job in ADC, to run every x minutes, that identify those that have failed and try to re-send those

And as an addition to that, It should also be possible to setup some kind of alert that triggers information to chosen user/user group, that an event batch has failed more than once that should contain error message from event batch
