Production Plan, modify header to allow soft literal field

Production Plan, modify header to allow soft literal field defined in config option.

On the production plan we have been asked to change the header from saying SKU # to PLU #. Suggestion to use the config option that is set within interscale to be displayed. add soft field config options for PLU and UPC as well
