In the ADC XML Specification, the value for LabelNumPrimary and LabelNumSecondary is noted as having to be between 1 to 999999 - 0 is not a valid value, and will cause errors during an XML import if a 0 value is in the XML. Request is to have this modified to accept a 0 value, and the 0 value should be seen as a command to clear any existing label format and use the scale default.
