Request to allow store manager or higher roles to override SK internal status in order inspector
In some cases, order get stuck on waiting on a response from eCommerce system (SK internal status code 6) which put the order in a limbo status and our guest services team unable to assist.
The guest services team usually capture the money manually with payezee or paypal and since the only option for them is to complete the order (SK internal status code 12) we end-up skipping the pickup process and bags and totes are being missed.
What we like is for store manager or higher roles the ability to change SK internal status from 6 back to 5 or to 8 this will allow us to support our shoppers without the need to open a ticket with SK or mark the order as completed
