Ability to extract Recipe nutrition data with "% daily Value" rounding rules

We need to have Recipe nutrition extracted via API with "% daily Value" rounding rules so we can update our customer ecommerce website with nutrition display panel just like labels printing on scale. Currently the GetProductionItemData API only extracts raw "% daily value" which does not like like labels on scales.
