In the lagacy UI the store users recieved a message to see if they wanted to update the plan before starting it, this does not happen now. We would like to have the plan automatically update when starting it or allow for the update to be able to be run without making modifications to the on hand quantity.

This will not be implemented as the user is able to update the on hand quantity from within the plan, which forces a recalculation upon pressing the update button.
