Would like to have the vendor and item number added to the recipe cookbook report

Adding the vendor and item number to the recipe cookbook (alt) would make it easier to for the store users to make sure that they are pulling the correct ingredient item.

Latest FIQ allows for custom reports so the client can add fields as needed.
