Need to add 2016 NLEA support to the M&M Label Printer driver

Currently any client who uses the M&M or Lone Peak label printers are not able to print out 2016 nutrition. This is causing them to be non-compliant and will result in possible fines.

    This has been implemented as of 5/17/2021.
