Occasionally, a user has entered a UPC code for the adjusted/wasted/expired count. This skews the data enormously. The user (admin, etc - permission based) should have the ability to correct those errors.

FreshIQ allows you to set the maximum value that can be used when performing transactions like this which would prevent the user from being able to scan a barcode into the field.
